Posted: Feb 06 2015
Now that we’re finally into February, the anticipation of spring is just so strong, occasionally we’re getting enticed into spring things - especially when it comes to decor. There’s nothing quite like making a few changes around the home to suit the current or upcoming season. We all know that your home design can get a little tiring from time to time, so spicing up what you already have with a change in accessories is a great way to keep yourself happy with what you have. With spring on the way (and being Cutlery girls of course), we’re loving table decorations so much right now. Well, if you’re given the chance to dress a beautiful table, whether it's for you and your family to enjoy or a special occasion, you’d better take it, right!?
If there’s one thing we’ve fallen in love with lately, it’s adorning almost everything with little bottles. Not only can you pick them up in a cute range of colours but they look just perfect sprinkles with little wild flowers or orchids! What better way can you think of to add a little spring to your table that’s so easy and low cost?
Not everyone goes gaga for Easter, but we’ll be a whole lot of us do - just think of all that chocolate! At this time of year, eggs can be the perfect decoration for your table. We love how this little trough has been scattered with the among the daffodils (not to mention the sweet treats - we’ll definitely be doing that one!) as well as using empty shells to pot teeny plans - it’s genius!
Candles aren’t all that new. We’ve all got candles. We all love candles. But candles and flowers in water? Now that’s something we can get on board with. If you’re look to add a little light to your table, but in a new way, this is definitely one for you. Floating your candles in glasses scattered with flowers just seem to be the cutest, yet simplest way of adding instant style to your table!
