Beautiful silver plated serving spoons with your choice of up to 100 characters in total, hand-stamped onto the spoon faces (30 characters on the pronged fork spoon and 70 on the rounded spoon).
The perfect gift for the host or hostess who has everything! Personalise them their very own serving spoons! Or why not personalise a set for a bride and groom? Due to their size, serving spoons are great for personalising with poems, quotes or even song lyrics.

All of my cutlery is designed in house, inspired by classic antique British silverware.  It is all silver plated and handcrafted exclusively for The Cutlery Commission, then personalised by hand in my workshop based in the Cotswolds.

My hand stamped cutlery differs from engraved cutlery because here at The Cutlery Commission ‘The Spoonettes’ use traditional, industrial tools to indent every single letter into the silver plate itself. Therefore marks made during the personalisation process are expected and spacing and alignment of letters are not exact. It all adds to the whimsical and charming look that makes your commissioned piece of cutlery such a unique gift.

Each commission will arrive tied in chiffon ribbon with a branded tag and tiny spoon charm; all wrapped in my bespoke acid-free tissue paper and ready to be given as a gift...or kept for yourself!

If you want that little extra touch you can purchase a Cutlery Commission Keepsake Box. These rigid, luxury boxes come with an anti-tarnish polish cloth and are perfect for keeping your silverware safe and in tip-top condition.

made from:

The cutlery itself is hand crafted from brass and then silver-plated. None of the items are therefore dishwasher safe and we recommend hand washing in warm water. Although the cutlery is useable, being silver plated means that it is prone to tarnish over time and should be treated more as a keepsake rather than an every-day utensil. And remember – silver cutlery loves a good polish now and then!
